Shipping Policy
Return & Exchange Policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping within Switzerland is free. For international shipping charges will depend on the shipping country and will be defined individually per order.
Local Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Zurich or in Basel. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping. For international orders please contact us at jookistore@gmail.com. Shipping charges for international shipping will depend on the country and will be defined individually.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Jooki is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Returns
You have 20 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
